a few of us went to speedracer's "cabin" near yosemite for the weekend and came back early this morn so i can coach (it takes a good friend to wake up at the crack of dawn to get you back on time, i tell ya). yesterday was a great day out in the woods...mountains...tiny town named Groveland. we saw snow. the "cabin" was quite the vacation home...we didn't really have to rough it.
this afternoon i'm going to santa cruz to hang at the ocean for a bit.
this is all within a few hour drive. i love it!
(and my friends keep turning 30 on me...freaks me out a little, no matter how ok with it i think i am - no less, it's not about me...happy birthday, joeyv!)
