a good day

today i am having one of those "holy crap, i have a lot to be thankful for" days. i am simply amazed at the great life that i get to lead. i am amazed that i can drive 45 minutes to the ocean to write a paper at a cool coffee shop. i am amazed that i get to go run along the ocean shore as soon as this paper is done. i am amazed that i have great friends to hang out with this weekend. i am amazed that i have a cute apartment near the hills that i get to live in with a great roommate. i am amazed that i have an awesome family in minnesota and i get to visit in june.

as you can see, i'm going a little crazy...but i'm gonna enjoy it and keep on smilin'. :-)
