so last night i was chatting with mom & dad and we started talking cars. i've only put about 15k miles on my car every year since i moved out to CA. i used to put on at least 24k/year. my dad said, "well, you're slowing down. now that you're over 30, these things are going to happen. just wait until you get to 60...you'll be putting on 10k/year."
i appreciate that everyone gave me at least a month to be ok with 30 before making jokes...but jeesh.
