Attitude

first practice

i'll be coaching the first practice of the season tomorrow night, and need an ice breaker to do with the team. just a quickie, get to know ya, somethin'...if volleyball is involved, it's great, but not necessary.

i’m back!

ya-hoo! vacation is awesome. two weeks of winter is awesome. my friends " family are awesome. i feel completely refreshed " ready to go. if only the office weren't so depressing...but that gives me a new challenge! i'll be the office cheerleader. ;-)
