I went to a wine tasting dinner last night. It was fantastic! A five course meal and the wine-maker for Markham Vineyards was there to share her wine " tell us all about it. I've learned a lot about wine out here, but man, is there a lot more to know.
Also, during this five course meal, I was served fish. I don't eat fish. But I did. And salmon ain't so bad. I ate it until I tasted the fishiness, and then had to stop. I thought I could overcome my dislike of the stuff, but it didn't happen.
