i got my pinky back!!!  Hot Doctor was pleased with my progress and i only have to wear the bracey thing at night and when i play volleyball.  he flat out asked me if i've been playing, so i had to be honest, but he wasn't surprised. 

unfortunately, i'll never see him again...but dreams i do have.
