i really do want to be healthier. mainly, i need to eat better 'cause i'm fairly active (though i'll start running more now, too).
anyway, it's really hard to find time to eat right. i'm already late and i haven't eaten lunch, yet, so i'll probably hit a fast food joint. it's just the easiest way to eat. and fairly cheap. ugh.
