i hate these things and they are a pretty big part of my job. i know it's good for me...and it's important to improve my skilz...but, yeesh, it's stressful. people are just annoying - if they could see it my way, the world would be a better place. (hahahahahaha)
anyway, i'm gonna make a phone call and see what i can negotiate...fun times!
