it doesn't hurt to ask

last month i realized i was low on my monthly cell phone minutes, so i upgraded to the next highest plan. i knew it wouldn't kick in until the next billing period, but i thought i could make it just one more month.

i just checked my bill - and have an extra $75 charged for overusage. darn.

as the subject suggests, i called good ol' AT&T and asked if they could help me...and he's managed to find a way to knock $65 off my bill. i only have to pay $10 extra for my misjudgment. whew.

go AT&T and the iPhone!
