shoes

i hate socks " shoes. my feet like to be free. therefore, when i get to work, the first thing i do is shove my shoes underneath my desk.

what gets me is that everyone who walks up to me notices i have no shoes on " usually comments. why in the world do people notice feet? they're on the floor...generally, out of sight.

i guess it's the automatic up-down everyone gives/gets. weird.
